Compute, cloud and sandbox access is need-based and subject to technical suitability, programme relevance, availability, and approved usage and allocation policies. It is not an entitlement.
Expected Outcome
A validated product with early pilots or paying customers, and a credible path to commercialisation.
What counts as validation is set with each startup individually: for example, a completed pilot, a signed letter of intent, or a defined base of active users. These are illustrative, not a universal checklist.
