The Centre facilitates opportunities and support based on programme needs, technical fit, availability and partner interest. Selection is the start of that process, not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

What We Expect From Founders
- Active, good-faith participation for the full programme duration
- Honest reporting on progress, blockers and resource use
- Responsible, justified use of allocated compute and workspace
- Openness to mentorship, technical review and course correction
- Timely response to Centre requests for evaluation, pilots or reporting
- Respect for the confidentiality of other founders, mentors and partners
- Compliance with programme, workspace and compute usage policies
- Willingness to share progress at scheduled reviews and milestones
- Constructive engagement with the Selection Committee's evaluation and feedback
- Accurate representation of programme participation, without overstating the Centre's role or endorsement
An AI-First Centre, Not A Generic Accelerator
The Centre evaluates and supports startups the way an AI-first institution does: looking closely at the problem, the AI approach, the data behind it, and how reliably the system performs and deploys, not only the pitch.
Applied AI Focus Areas
The Centre translates AI research and technology into solutions for high-impact, real-world problems in India and Keralam. These are its initial priorities; strong AI-native and applied-AI startups outside these areas may also be considered where aligned with the Centre's objectives.

Founders retain ownership of their startup's IP. Programme participation does not transfer a startup's IP to the Centre, Digital University Kerala or programme partners. Any specific collaborative research or jointly developed IP is governed by a separate agreement where applicable.
